At The Shoreline Hotel we have applied additional hygiene and cleaning procedures that maintain health and safety measures including disinfecting protocols for high-touch areas.

Please follow the guidelines set out by our team so that we can remain open during this time.

 

Booking: Bookings are essential. No walk in bookings will be accepted. At time of booking we will require contact details for the person making the booking including; Full Name, Phone Number, Email and Post Code.

Playground: The outdoor playground will be open for dining guests only and 10 people at a time with physical distancing as per restrictions.
Playroom: Will be closed due to physical distancing.

Contact Details: All people dining in house must provide their Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address and Post Code before dining for contact tracing.

Self Service Stations: We will be offering hand sanitizer and self cleaning stations. We will be cleaning and disinfecting every surface thoroughly as per our Safety Plan and please ask you our customers to make use of our hand sanitiser and washing stations.

BYO: At this time we will be unable to accept any BYO of any kind including birthday cakes.
